Overview

Black Hair Connections delivers hair products and curated braiding kits across Toronto and select Greater Toronto Area (GTA) communities. Delivery is fulfilled by our local courier partner, Trexity — a same-day and next-day local delivery platform for businesses.

Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout after you enter your postal code. All times below are in Toronto local time (America/Toronto), including daylight saving changes.

Delivery areas

We deliver across Toronto and to select GTA communities, including parts of Mississauga, Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, and Pickering.

Most Toronto postal codes (M*) offer both same-day and next-day delivery. Some GTA areas offer same-day delivery; others are next-day only. Enter your postal code prior to checkout to see what is available in your area.

We do not ship outside our service area. Black Hair Connections and Trexity provide local same-city delivery onl, not cross-country or international shipping.

Same-day delivery

  • Cutoff: Orders must be placed before 5:00 p.m. Toronto time to qualify for same-day delivery (where available).
  • Fee: $9.99 (unless a promotion applies at checkout).
  • Arrival window: Same-day orders typically arrive by 9:00 p.m. that day. Exact timing depends on your location, store preparation time, and courier capacity.

Next-day delivery

  • When it applies: Orders placed after the 5:00 p.m. cutoff, or in areas where same-day is unavailable.
  • Fee: $5.99 (unless a promotion applies at checkout).
  • Arrival window: Next-day orders typically arrive by 8:00 p.m. the following day (Toronto time).

How delivery works (Trexity)

  1. You place an order with a partner store on Black Hair Connections.
  2. That store prepares your order.
  3. When ready, a Trexity courier picks up from the store and delivers directly to your address.

Trexity provides real-time tracking and delivery notifications. When your order is out for delivery, you can follow progress on your Black Hair Connections order tracking page. A live Trexity tracking map may appear when your courier is en route.

Marketplace fulfillment

Black Hair Connections is a marketplace. You can only checkout from one partner store per order.

Delivery fees, taxes, and product totals are shown separately at checkout. Delivery fees cover local courier service to your address.

Delivery instructions & access

You may provide delivery instructions at checkout (for example, buzzer code, leave at door, or call on arrival). Please ensure your address and contact phone number are accurate so the courier can reach you.

If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect address information, an unavailable recipient, or restricted building access, additional attempts or return-to-store handling may delay your order.

Delivery promotions

From time to time we may offer delivery promotions (for example, discounted or free next-day delivery). Promotional delivery pricing applies only when shown at checkout and may be limited by date, postal code, or store.

Delays & limitations

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, high demand, incorrect address information, or events outside our reasonable control.
